Stretch and Recover from a Day on the Slopes

Après Ski Flow Yoga occurs on winter Saturdays from 3pm - 4pm. Find your center as you enjoy the warmth and glow of our fire. This aprés ski or snowboard all level vinyasa or flowing yoga practice will pace breath with movement to build internal heat, strengthen and stretch your body and your focus. We will build the heat, zeal, energy and vigor that stokes our internal fire as we tone our core and build muscle strength smartly.

Join in at The Living Room downstairs in the Black Bear Lodge. Please use entrance by game room to hang your coat and store your shoes. If you are a member of the Training & Fitness Center this class is free and you can check-in directly at Black Bear. This is a yoga class for all experience levels.
