The Homeowner Lounge is located in the lower level of the main base lodge and is accessible to "Homeowner Members Only" during the winter season (Nov - Apr). There is an additional fee if you wish to add this benefit to your current membership.

    Lounge Policy
    The Stratton Mountain Homeowner Membership (SMHM) fiscal year begins August 1 - July 31.

    Homeowner membership dues are AUTO-RENEWED annually beginning July 1 at your current membership level (including homeowner lounge if applicable) unless we hear from you.

    OPERATIONS & EXPECTATIONS
    Hours of Operation: While normal playing conditions exist, the Golf Shop will be open from 8:00AM until 6:00PM daily, typically mid-May through mid-October.
    Play: All players please report to the Pro Shop before play, and then as directed by the golf staff or the starter, you may commence your round, please be on time. If you are unable to make your tee time please call the Golf Shop.
    Course Conduct: Players will replace all divots, fix ball marks and rake bunkers. For more information about course conduct, please see the United States Golf Association’s Spirit of the Game, or visit their website at www.usga.org.
    Dress Code: We expect players to be in contemporary golf attire. Clean non-torn denim is acceptable. Men, please wear collared shirts with sleeves.
    Golf Carts: Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart. Please observe all course signage and observe the daily cart rules. Please keep the golf carts out of parking lots. Management can make exceptions to cart rules based on the American with Disability Act. Operating Golf Carts is at your own risk.
    Pace of Play: A reasonably quick pace of play makes a round enjoyable for all golfers. It is expected at Stratton that all groups keep up with the group in front. We do have Player Assistants out on the course. They are there to make your playing experience as enjoyable as possible, please follow their directions.

    PROCEDURES & POLICIES
    Tee-Times & Cancellation Policy: Homeowner Members can book a tee time in advance with an open booking window any day. Tee time reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to play, otherwise a $20 cancellation fee. Cancel fee payment required prior to further tee time use.
    Guests: Guests of members will receive discounted Green fee rate if playing with a member.
    Membership: Homeowner memberships are renewed based on the terms and conditions of the Homeowner Membership program. Membership privileges are not transferable. Only member(s) with a current homeowner membership receive access to golf benefits.
    Cart Fees & Reservations: All players who are riding must pay a cart fee. Member cart fees will be charged at check-in. Golf Carts are mandatory on weekends and holidays prior to 2:00 PM. Please check with Pro Shop for current cart-fee pricing.
    Handicaps:
    Membership includes GHIN handicap registration. Contact Golf Pro Shop for details.
    Alcoholic Beverages: Pursuant to Vermont Law, under no circumstance is any player allowed to bring an outside alcoholic beverage onto the golf course. Green Apron or the Refreshment Car must furnish all alcoholic beverages. Coolers are not permitted on the golf course. Any violation of this rule will result in removal from the golf course and immediate suspension of privileges.
    Children: Stratton is a family golf course and children are encouraged to play. Children of any age may play with a parent. Children under the age of 16 must have permission from Golf Management to play unsupervised. Please remember that rules regarding pace of play and conduct apply to everyone.
    Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items: The Course Management is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property of any kind while it is on the premises.
    Golf Course Management: The primary role of Golf Management is to provide a fun and safe golfing experience. Any person whose actions, behavior or conduct may take away from this can result in a termination of their privileges.

    What facilities are included in Stratton Mountain Homeowner Membership Program?
    Members of Stratton Mountain Homeowner Membership Program will have access to:
    • Golf: 27 Holes of championship golf. Golf Club includes a warm-up range and practice green. (Includes unrestricted advanced booking privileges)
    • Tennis. Tennis & Pickleball courts: Including both indoor & outdoor courts - Clay and Hard surface tennis courts.
    • Training & Fitness Center The Fitness Center includes the following amenities: circuit weights, free weights, cardio machines, stretching room, Peloton Cycles, 75-foot indoor saltwater swimming pool, group fitness classes, dry saunas, and massage therapy.
    • Homeowner’s Lounge Member’s Only - Homeowner Lounge - located in lower level of Stratton’s main base lodge. Access is during the winter season (Nov-Apr.) This is an optional membership perk – additional fee applies. Membership includes storage cubbies, self-serve coffee, tea & cocoa; dining tables & chairs; microwaves & refrigerator and cell phone charging stations.

    May I invite guests to use the facilities?
    Yes. The ability to enjoy the facilities with your guests is an important feature of the Stratton Mountain Homeowner Membership Program. Homeowner members with an active membership are eligible to offer discounted guest fees to their guests.
    • Fitness Center Guest Passes: Members with an active membership (Single, Couple, or Family) may pre-purchase discounted guest passes at the front desk of the fitness center prior to their guest’s arrival, or pre-register their guests by calling the fitness center in advance. Guest passes are non-refundable and expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Passes are valid with active memberships only.
    • Golf Club Member/Guest Policy: Guests of members will also receive discounted Green’s Fees if playing with the member at the Stratton Golf Club. Members must play with their guest to offer the discounted rates off tee times. (Discounted rates vary based on rounds and day of play)
    • Homeowner Lounge (Winter Season): Guests are welcome to accompany members into the Homeowner Lounge during the winter ski season. Upon entering the Lounge, members are required to check-in and introduce their guests to the attendant on duty. Members get priority access – guest access is restricted during peak times.

    Does my membership cover access for Scenic Lift Rides?
    Membership privileges include scenic lift ride access to enjoy mountain top hiking trails, yoga deck and mid-mountain. Check-in at the HUB (located next to the gondola) for membership verification and to pick up a ticket. All riders (members & guests) must pick up a ticket prior to loading onto the Gondola. Guests and family members not included in your membership may purchase their tickets at the HUB prior to boarding the lift.
    Members with an Ikon Pass or Stratton Pass may show their passes to gain access to scenic lift rides as well. Please note that fraudulent use of your pass including sharing with a non-passholder is prohibited and will result in immediate loss of pass for the season.)

    Access to Fitness Center and Golf Course – Please ensure you pick up your membership card(s) at the Stratton Training and Fitness Center front desk. You will need to show your membership card upon check-in at both locations and to receive your homeowner membership discount at Stratton owned retail and food outlets across the resort.     Stratton reserves the right to close certain facilities to the membership from time to time and therefore cannot guarantee that all facilities will be available at all times. More specifically the Stratton Training and Fitness Center may be closed for periodic scheduled maintenance and repairs.
