Black Bear Lodge
Enjoy the convenience of a classic Stratton lodge located just a quick walk or shuttle (winter only) to the Village, Base Lodge and lifts. Table 43.1 is open for breakfast and dinner throughout the winter season with a family-friendly dinner menu and full bar featuring Vermont craft beer and spirits. Enjoy Table 43.1 for breakfast in the summer. Free WiFi, complimentary continental breakfast, coffee and tea in the lobby, indoor hot tub and sauna for hotel guests. Black Bear Lodge offers a limited number of rooms for well-behaved pets for an additional fee. Call 1.800.787.2886 for more information. The front desk is open 24 hours.

- Distinctive Properties: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival
Mountain Activities:
- 100% due at time of booking
Stratton Cancellation Policy
Stratton Lodging:
NON-PEAK SEASON (April 15, 2024 - November 15, 2024)
- Cancellations made outside of 7 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.
PEAK SEASON (November 15, 2024 - April 15, 2025)
- Cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee
- Cancellations or changes made within 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

- Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours before the lesson or product start time will receive a resort credit, minus a $50 cancellation fee for orders under $500, or $150 for orders over $500.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson or product start time are non-refundable.
- If the resort is open for skiing and riding there are no refunds or cancellations on purchased products due to weather. We ask that you please plan accordingly with the weather.
