Located less than a half-mile from Stratton’s base lodge, this recently renovated and well-appointed four-bedroom, all kings, five-bath mountain home offers cathedral ceilings, a chef's kitchen, gas fireplace, and hardwood floors. On the first floor, there is a large entryway with a small sitting den, flat-screen TV, laundry room, bathroom, and a sitting area to eat. Outside is a covered sitting area with a hot tub. Up the stairs to the main floor boasts a large gourmet chefs kitchen with soapstone countertops and stainless steel appliances opens up to a dining area and living room with wood burning fireplace. Four master en suite bedrooms finish off the main living area with well-appointed newly decorated walk-in showers. A complimentary VIP parking permit comes with the house for premium parking at the base of Stratton village. This mountain chalet is an ideal option for single or multiple family getaways year-round.

Deposit Policy

Lodging:

Non-Winter: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 7 days prior to arrival (April 15, 2024 - November 15, 2024 )
Winter Season: 50% due at time of booking, 50% due 14 days prior to arrival (November 15, 2024 - April 15, 2025)
Distinctive Properties: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival

Mountain Activities:

100% due at time of booking

Stratton Cancellation Policy

Stratton Lodging:

NON-PEAK SEASON (April 15, 2024 - November 15, 2024)

Cancellations made outside of 7 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

PEAK SEASON (November 15, 2024 - April 15, 2025)

Cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee
Cancellations or changes made within 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

Cancellations made before 72 hours of the start date will receive a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee for orders under $500, or $150 for orders over $500.
Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours before the lesson or product start time will receive a resort credit, minus a $50 cancellation fee for orders under $500, or $150 for orders over $500.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson or product start time are non-refundable.
If the resort is open for skiing and riding there are no refunds or cancellations on purchased products due to weather. We ask that you please plan accordingly with the weather.
