Deposit Policy

Lodging:
  • Non-Winter: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 3 days prior to arrival (March 19, 2022 to December 15, 2022)
  • Winter Season: 50% due at time of booking, 50% due 14 days prior to arrival (December 16, 2022 to March 18, 2023)
  • Distinctive Properties: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival

Mountain Activities:
  • 100% due at time of booking

Stratton Cancellation Policy

Stratton Lodging:

NON-PEAK SEASON (March 19, 2022 to December 15, 2022)
  • Cancellations made outside of 3 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 3 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

PEAK SEASON (December 16, 2022 to March 18, 2023)
  • Cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

Distinctive Properties, Private Homes:
  • Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $500 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

Activities:

  • All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.


Daily lessons and activities
  • Cancellations made prior to 3 days of the start date will receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee per order.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the start date are subject to a full forfeiture of the total booking.
  • If the resort is open for skiing/riding there are no refunds or cancellations due to weather, please plan accordingly.

CHECKING IN

  • If lodging at the Black Bear Lodge please proceed directly there to check-in.
  • If lodging in a Stratton Condominium check-in is at the Stratton Welcome Center. During business hours. After hours, please proceed directly to Black Bear Lodge.
  • Masks are required indoors for all persons.
  • Public restrooms may be limited.

CHECKING OUT

Please check out through the Stratton Lodging App. Leave keys in the room. A copy of your receipt will be emailed to you upon request.
